This was my first session, got to know I am not alone in this everyone is in the same boat, but how they are handling it with positivity is the thing and how sir is helping them calmly even after multiple mistakes is the thing that I learnt. Heyy sir!! Aaj ka session bht he amazing tha.. Bht short tha but valuable cheeze apne baati hai and apne ye bhi sikhaaya hai apne things ko kese value deni chaiye.. Apne apko kese valued bana chaiye.. And the best part was wordings.. Actually sach mai apne wordings pe dhyaan dena chaiye kbi kbi apne wordings he hunai negative krte hai... And wordings ke karan humari body language bhi ussi tarah work krti ahe.. As always, sir help us showing us the right path. We always have the answers in front of us but couldn't see them. We do mistakes on a daily basis but while listening to sir or talking to him we realise that we have to respect ourselves first then others will do so . Glad to be in your touch sir
